Job Details
This position involves providing high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to clients either in their homes or at the Triangle ABA clinic. Responsibilities include collecting data to monitor treatment progress using software like Central Reach, delivering hands-on care aligned with ABA principles, and adhering to company policies on confidentiality and safety protocols. The role requires clear communication with clients, families, and colleagues, as well as regular written and verbal updates on treatment goals. Team members are also expected to attend meetings, participate in training sessions, and follow all mandated reporting and safety standards.
Hiring Requirements
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual with a strong eagerness to learn and grow. The ideal candidate must hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential and have prior experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental delays.
The successful candidate will demonstrate cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with children from diverse ethnic, linguistic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Remaining calm, neutral, and professional in challenging situations is essential.
Key requirements include reliable transportation, the physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds. A current and valid CPR certification is also necessary, along with the ability to pass a background check and reference verification. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, some college coursework or a degree is preferred.
Compensation
Triangle ABA offers a competitive compensation package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a pay rate ranging from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour. Staff are also paid for canceled client appointments. Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
