RBT Jobs in Raleigh & Garner, NC

Our Registered Behavior Technicians are the backbone of our clinical team. As an RBT at Triangle ABA, you’ll work directly with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Our data-driven approach to ABA therapy means you’ll always know where each client stands — and what you’re working toward.

We’re actively hiring RBTs at both our Raleigh clinic (1600 Hillsborough Street) and our Garner clinic (632 US-70). Whether you’re a newly certified RBT or have years of hands-on experience, we’d love to connect.

What we look for in an RBT: Current RBT certification through the BACB, reliability, a genuine passion for working with children, and the ability to implement programs with fidelity. Prior ABA therapy experience is a plus.

BCBA Jobs in Raleigh & the Triangle

BCBAs at Triangle ABA lead clinical programs, mentor RBTs and BTs, and collaborate directly with families. You’ll have the autonomy to design and oversee individualized treatment plans while being part of a team that genuinely values clinical excellence. Our behavioral assessment and diagnostics work gives BCBAs the foundation they need to build meaningful, measurable programs from day one.

Triangle ABA operates two clinic locations in the greater Raleigh area:

Both locations are currently accepting applications for qualified RBTs, BCBAs, and BTs. We serve children and families across Wake County and surrounding areas, including Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, Fuquay-Varina, Knightdale, and Clayton.
